1. Service Description

VideoHub is an AI video generation platform that provides artificial intelligence-based video creation services. By using our services, you can convert text descriptions or images into video content.

2. User Accounts

You need to register an account to use our services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining account security and are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Credits and Payment

Our service uses a credit system. Generating videos requires credits, and different video parameters (duration, resolution, etc.) consume different amounts of credits. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VideoHub in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner. The generation, upload, distribution, or request of the following content is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Adult / NSFW / Sexually Explicit Content: We strictly prohibit the generation of any NSFW (not safe for work), pornographic, sexually explicit, suggestive, nude, sexually provocative, or other adult sexual content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, genitalia, sexual acts, sexual objectification, or any content intended to elicit sexual arousal, whether involving real persons, fictional characters, or AI-generated subjects.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Absolutely prohibited is any pornographic, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content depicting minors (under 18). This is a zero-tolerance policy.
• Violence and Gore: Generation of realistic extreme violence, gore, torture, abuse of animals or humans, self-harm, suicide, or content encouraging violence is prohibited.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Generation of hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
• Non-Consensual Imagery / Deepfakes: Generation of content depicting real persons (including public figures, celebrities, and private individuals) without their explicit consent is prohibited, especially deepfake content for sexual, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or impersonation purposes.
• Illegal Activities: Content involving or promoting any illegal activity, including drug manufacturing, weapons manufacturing, terrorism, human trafficking, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity prohibited in your jurisdiction is prohibited.
• Infringement and Impersonation: Generation of content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, likeness rights, or other intellectual property of others, or that impersonates another person or entity, is prohibited.
• Misinformation and Deception: Generation of content intended to mislead, deceive, or manipulate, including fake news, political misinformation, fabricated evidence, or fraudulent advertising, is prohibited.
• Malware and Security: Use of the service to circumvent content safety controls, distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attack our systems or those of third parties is prohibited.

We use automated content moderation systems (including the CREEM Moderation API) to screen all user prompts before generation. We reserve the right to unilaterally deny any request, remove violating content, terminate violating accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the intellectual property rights to the video content you generate using our services. However, you must ensure that the input content (such as images, text) does not infringe on the rights of others, and you bear sole responsibility for the use of the output.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or imperfections.

7. Enforcement and Termination

Any violation of Section 4 (Acceptable Use Policy) may result in: (i) immediate rejection of the request without credit refund; (ii) account warning, suspension, or permanent ban; (iii) forfeiture of purchased credits; and (iv) reporting to law enforcement for content involving CSAM, terrorism, or imminent threats to others. We retain final discretion over all enforcement decisions.
